Organizational reviews for Norad

During 2015 SDA carried out organizational reivews of five organizations with multi-year contracts with Norad. Four of the organizations were trade unions working with national trade unions in many transition countries. The review included an analysis of internal control routines, cost effectivness, result reporting and a comparative assessment.
